A Philosophy of process

Freedom is
with your whole body and soul to live as yourself
Not ruled by anyone by anything
Not reaction but turning toward awareness
That is dignity
Even if the eyes are seeing, if the mind is looking elsewhere, can it truly be said that we are "seeing"?
The same is true of truth itself.
If the mind is not directed toward it, does it not fail to appear as truth?
Truth is not one.
It exists in countless forms, as many as there are people.

Even emotions like these have neither good nor bad.
Every emotion is fully affirmed and fully received.
By accepting this,
even the judging thoughts themselves are also embraced.
In that space,
there is liberation and freedom, and it simply becomes filled.
